LLTweaks — Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Effective Date: July 30, 2025

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LLTweaks software and related services (“Software” or “Service”). By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant
LLTweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one device for personal or internal business use unless stated otherwise. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. License Restrictions
You may not:

* Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Software’s source code
* Crack, bypass licensing, remove protection, or tamper with HWID-based systems
* Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license or keys
* Use the Software in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law

Licenses may include HWID locks to prevent unauthorized use.

3. Digital Delivery
All products are digital. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is automatic upon successful payment.

4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed duplicate payments or delivery failure caused by LLTweaks. Dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or change of mind are not valid refund reasons.

5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting support@lltweaks.com is a breach of these Terms and may lead to permanent license termination and revocation of access.

6. Software Updates & Changes
LLTweaks may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Software at any time. We are not obligated to maintain outdated versions.

7. Revocation & Termination
LLTweaks may revoke licenses or terminate your access if you commit fraud, abuse the system, violate these Terms, or attempt unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided “as-is” without warranties. LLTweaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including performance issues, system instability, or data loss. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Software.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
