Chargeback and Dispute Policy
If you have an issue with your order, please contact
support@lltweaks.com before filing a dispute or chargeback. We aim to resolve all legitimate problems quickly and fairly.
To help us investigate and resolve an issue, please include your order ID, the email used for the purchase, a description of the problem, and any supporting screenshots or logs. Contacting support first gives us the opportunity to correct delivery, replace a faulty license, or issue a refund where appropriate under our Refund Policy.
If you file a dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we will still respond to the dispute and provide evidence to the payment processor showing delivery, license activation, and your agreement to our Terms of Service. Evidence we may submit can include transaction records, delivery logs, license activation timestamps, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
During investigation of a reported dispute or suspected fraud, LLTweaks may temporarily suspend or restrict account access or license activation to prevent further unauthorized use. If the investigation determines that the dispute was legitimate, we will take appropriate corrective action in accordance with our Refund Policy. If the investigation determines that the dispute was fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate licenses and deny future purchases.
We cooperate fully with payment processors and law enforcement when required. Submitting false disputes, providing misleading information to a payment provider, or otherwise attempting to obtain products without payment may lead to permanent account suspension and further action by LLTweaks as allowed by applicable law.
